We handle a number of

Breach of
Contract refers to a situation in which a
binding contract is not honored by one of the
parties involved. We have handled cases dealing with
different contexts such as manufacturing,
communication, and real estate.
Business Torts refer
to a number of different illegal procedures in
business having to do with the misrepresentation or
concealment of a person or document. This can be
unfair competition, interference with contractual
relations, fraud, and concealment. Construction
dispute resolution deals with problems occurring on
or around construction sites. There are a number of
different issues that are dealt with including lack
of adequate signs and unsafe work conditions.
