FIRE and BURN LITIGATION

         

 Our firm handles law dealing with victims of fire. This covers anything from a 1^st degree burn to death related fire cases. Currently, we are dealing with 73 clients who are victims of the Station Nightclub Fire that took place in Warwick, Rhode Island. In this type of litigation we go beyond the courtroom. It is necessary  to watch videos, get reconstructions done by experts and go to the scene of the incident to try to find information not available in writing.
